Relisting as high bidder was a deadbeat and wont make the deposit or answer emails. Sorry he wasted everyone's time. Maybe someone can tell my why there are people out there like that.

Here’s a great chance to own a slice of mid-century modern history.
Would be a great restoration candidate for personal use, rental on the road or in the backyard, or for the vintage trailer outings.
Not an expert, so I don’t know the exact year. I was thinking 1955, now I’m thinking 1958. Regardless, it’s a pretty cool model.
Model 16.8 (length). Serial number 816593 (code maybe means 1958, 16.5ft, #93 ?). I think the weight is about 2500 lbs.
Here’s what I know.
The neighbor passed away recently and I took possession from the widow.
I don’t have the time right now for the restoration.
There is no DMV paperwork for this trailer.
It is unknown the last time it was on the road, so please arrange load on a trailer to transport. I did move it around my ranch a bit soit does roll fine. I can help you load.
Overall approx. dimensions: body 14’ long, tongue 2.5’long, width 8’, height 8’, outside wheel width 7’, centerline wheel to back 5’.Please make sure this will fit on your trailer.
Exterior Condition
1.
Overhead air vent leaked and was removed. The leak caused some interior panel deterioration. Roof now leaks. It has been stored covered though.
2.
Lights: missing license plate holder and left rear light. Right is cracked. Side lights intact.
3.
Aluminum is in pretty good shape. Just some minor dings.
4.
Paint: bitchen patina as is, you can buff or repaint if you like.
5.
Windows: Frames look great missing a couple of slats. Door windows is needed. Super large fixed windows really open up the interior. Bath room has privacy slats. Super spacey window cranks.
6.
Window screens: I believe I may be missing one.
7.
Cool hollow bumper to place your septic hose.
8.
Levelers: 4 are there. Need to be oiled to befreed.
9.
Tires: hold air but cracked due to age. The moon hubcaps are intact!
10.
Undercarriage looks great.
11.
Septic cleanout, water inlet/outlet, power brake lines, gas piping, electrical inlet/outlet (has cover too) are intact.
12.
Door latch intact.
13.
Storage: left side exterior door leads to under bed storage.
14.
Emblems: Kenskill aluminum emblem, serial number plate, and TCA plate are in tact.
15.
Dual gas tanks. No hold down.
16.
1 7/8” Ball coupler will not slide down to grasp ball. Frozen.
17.
Trailer jack frozen, but can unbolt to raise and move trailer.
18.
Super cool right and left flag holders.
19.
Door handle works great.
20.
Slide out step works great.
Interior Condition
1.
Needs a through cleaning
2.
Door panel needs replacement
3.
Screen door needs tightening and screen mesh
4.
Floors: subfloor seems strong. Will need new flooring.
5.
Note the rounded cabinet corners!
6.
Paneling: Some hardwood paneling will needed to be replaced due to water damage. This applies to ceiling, walls, and built-in cabinets.
7.
The left bench and forward bed area will need to be mounted. It was just placed for photos.
8.
Hardware: all original handles, pulls and hinges are included.
9.
Lighting: all original lighting is included except for over stove bulb cover. Cool alert: the front overhead light is a propane fed lantern!
10.
Refrigerator all there. Don’t lock your babies inside.
11.
Stove: Missing in action.
12.
Bathroom: Toilet nice condition. Seat slightly yellowed. Clean. Original TP holder. Closet.
13.
Kitchen: Original pink counter top with matching black backsplash.
Faucets could be buffed out. Original paper towel holder.
