    Description

This is a 1971 vintage Red Dale camper, Originally built in Longmont Colorado. It has been fully restored too much better than original. The floor is new 3/4" OSB plywood with 1/4" underlayment laminated on top, for a smooth wood floor, ready for any new decorative flooring. The walls have been insulated with 1 1/2"  R-7 Purple Rigid Foam Board that was undercut and perimeter injected with expanding Poly Foam Insulation, yielding a well insulated and very rigid, strong wall system. Covered in 1/4" ply wood with clear water based Polyurethane. The bed is a full size regular mattress,(slightly smaller than a queen),  with storage and a 15 gallon water tank below. The bath is a shower stall with a potty installed. All the drains are plumbed and all the cold water systems such as kitchen sink and toilet flush work from the 12v on demand pump. The system is not designed for hookup to city water at this time. The length of the camper is just under 11ft, the interior width is 81" and the ceiling height is 71". The DMV rated the weight at 1000 lbs.  Its very light and tows easily with a six cylinder. Theres a 2 circuit 110 panel with exterior hook up, 1 duplex outlet inside and 1 light in the cook top hood. The cook top runs off propane. The 12 v system runs off the deep cycle battery at front, and runs the main cabin light, 1 over the counter light and the water pump.  The space between the shower and the bed is ready for anything such as a closet, refrigerator, Desk Top, etc, etc. I have also seen these with shelving above the bed that works nicely for more storage. Obviously its also ready for some nice curtains, all the rods are there, and Im also including the remaining hardware that came off during the renovation- the hinges, handles, latch, etc. The camper is located in Fruita, CO  a few miles from Grand Junction .
