Travel trailer, 2021, Forest River Flagstaff, micro-lite, queen size bed. Condition is "Used". Hide a bed removed, turned into office area. Ridiculous cabinets removed..NO THOSE ITEMS ARE GONE! Wonderful Stereo with surround sound, Flat-screen T.V. I added shelves and insulation to all the drafty areas. The trailers ventilation is compliant with manufacturer.  FIC hitch lift, 2 propane tanks, battery, still under warranty!!! Has a few marks and such but nothing that impacts the function of the trailer. Some fixes are needed.The kitchen and bathroom all work great. We installed a oxygen enhanced shower head, extends your shower while conserving with the spritzer  faucet allowing you to turn on the propane to heat the water and it recycles back through the fresh tank before you turn it to grey water. 50gal fresh, 32 grey, and 32 black tank. Two septic lines included.
