No leaks at all, inspected again this week after a camping trip
New tires , frame in great shape, just some surface rust normal for its year
Some nicks and dents on camper from all the years, but excellent body considering it’s age
Cons: grey water tank has crack in it, never has been a big deal, we just put a large Tupperware (I will include) to catch it under the camper and just pour it out on the ground once every few days if full. Keep in mind the black water tank is in perfect working order, new sewer connections for emptying at dump station. I have seeked getting new grey water tank, but it’s hard to find the right size, and using the Tupperware method is care free and simple with no harm .
Shower floor has crack with flex seal tape repair, it’s a wet bath that works, but never have showered in camper , because there’s always nice showers at the camp site. Toilet works great
We don’t use the heat furnace often, pilot needs to be cleaned out, a little finicky to get going, but once it works it’s awesome ( rarely camp in cold)
Comes with some random camping accessories, marine battery and propane tanks not included
Thing is ready to go, I have a big book of all the original manuals etc . Only selling because we are ready for a larger unit with some a/c. THese vintage campers are built so well, and really popular and hold value. I can deliver within 50 miles upon prior discussion and cost of gas to deliver . I have the original title for this , but it’s been passed down over the years with just a bill of sale , registered as a trailer . You can use original title if your state requires it.
