JACK DEMPSEY's BROADWAY BAR LOUNGE PHOTO HOLDER~1953~NEW YORK CITY ANTIQUE!

Description

Dated May 24, 1953 (inside cover) and in VG+++ condition, up for auction is a rare piece of New York City history.  This souvenir photo holder measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/2" and was from Jack Dempsey's Broadway Bar and Cocktail Lounge (Broadway near 49th St NYC)  "The Meeting Place of the World" (at that time), it has inscriptions from what appears to be 3 girlfriends hanging out that night on the inside cover.  Back reads "Souvenir Photo .00: Remembrance Of A Pleasant Evening At Jack Dempsey's".  It is in VERY GOOD ++++ Condition (aside from small signs of age) and is definitely one of a kind.
