    Four (4) VERY NICE Authentic Navajo Indian Hand Knapped "Translucent Agate" Arrowhead / Point necklaces.
    Great Knapping.
    Hand Knapped by Navajo Indian flint Knapper, Mike Ahasteen. Mike lives and trades in Shiprock, NM.
    Mike hand knapped each point, wrapped Sterling Silver twist wire around the top, and attached each one to a strong adjustable rope string.
    The rope strings are approximately 21 or 22 inches each.
    The points measure approximately 1 9/16 inches by 11/16 inch for the small one, up to 1 3/4 inches by 7/8 inch for the large one.
    The stone "
    Agate
    " is a hard rock composed of crystals of quartz. Mike bakes the Agate at 400+ degrees for several hours. This makes the stones more brittle and easier to remove large flakes. It also makes for a smoother and more colorful stone.
