Only used 3 weekends in 2019, two weekends in 2020 and two weekends in 2021.

Listing this for my dad and it is in great shape and well taken car of.
Bought Brand new in fall of 2018 then winterized and used for the first time in 2019.
Every winter it has been properly winterized and never had a pipe crack or any plumbing issues.
Camper has always been stored at a storage lot and never had any rodent issues (See last two pictures below).
All beds have a foam that was placed on top of the original mattress to make if more comfortable.
Once you put sheets over them, they are very comfortable to sleep on.
Has fridge and freezer inside and in the outside kitchen.
Cooking stove with oven and microwave inside.
Outside Kitchen also has an ice maker which is awesome and makes ice pretty quick.
The camper is very clean, NEVER has anyone smoked inside or never had any pets inside.
Camper still smells brand new.
All windows and sky lights have custom blinds we made to keep it dark inside, (to keep it cooler during storage and dark when taking a nap or if you like to sleep past sunrise).
The 3 slide outs are fully automatic by push of a button.
Awning is also automatic by push of a button.
My dad used his 2019 Ford F150 to pull the trailer and will include the hitch with the purchase with the trailer.
