Exterior Condition Description: Exterior body condition excellent. Very little visible wear. Solar stone guard and aluminum guard wraps. No body repairs performed as far as I know. No hail damage. All windows good with tight seals.
Interior Layout / Sleeping Areas: This 27FB has two blue leather swivel recliners just aft of the entrance (replacing the dinette). The interior de´cor scheme is Cocoa/Hickory. A full-length tan Ultraleather couch sits opposite a galley which features Corian work surfaces and the optional pantry. Separate shower and bathroom. Twin beds in the sleeping area offer under-bed storage compartments which are accessible both from inside and out.

Sub Floor and Floor Coverings: Excellent sub-floor. Carpet in the bedroom area forward and under the swivel recliners aft. Easy maintenance vinyl in the main area.
Appliances - Whats included and operating condition?: All excellent. 3 burner Amana LP range and oven, 7 cubic foot dometic 2-way fridge, 30,000 btu Atwood furnace.
Plumbing System and Condition including Hot Water Heater: No known leaks past or present. New toilet 2016. Truma AquaGo LPG On-Demand water heater - 2018
Bathroom Layout and Condition - - Wet Bath? Bath Tub? Shower?: Center bath. Excellent condition. Original Delta fixtures all good.
