Overall good condition. Has bunk beds.
Floor is spongy in one area and will need to be fixed but floor is solid, and fine otherwise. Everything else well maintained and in good working order.
Only appliance that doesn’t work is the A/C. Owner said it stopped working recently so may just need minor repair.
1 slide out that works. Radio works. Tires are fine. They have good tread and are holding air. No leaks.
Rear window has a tiny crack and won’t fully close, but not letting in any water.
