Camper measure approximately 24.5 feet wide by approximately 8 feet deep, 7.5 feet high. This is a one owner RV, it has been parked for a long period of time. Please note that there are two traces of water damaged~ one located on the right hand side of bedroom~ staining part of rug. Kitchen is also showing a water leak upper corner of sink. Overall the interior is clean~ all glass windows and doors are tight and good.  All tires needed to be examine and possibly needed replacement. Exterior is showing minor dent ~ not offensive.
