Description
1989 “Skylark” 14-Foot Camper. It is located in Westminster, Massachusetts, which is where you will need to pick it up.The floors are sturdy and there are no leaks or smells.
Roof has been double sealed and their is a new paint job, making it look brand new. The solstice artwork on the window awning is one of a kind and when it hits the sunlight or moonlight it shine different spectrum of colors. People always stop and stare in awe at it when passing by, giving it a compliment, so definitely brings about good energy.
It pulls straight as an arrow.
This Camper is Non-Pet/Non-Smoking and has not had any Accidents.
It has a shower and sink with toilet in back room.
There is an over abundance of closet/storage/shelving/cabinets. Twin sinks with a 4 burner stove and oven on bottom.
The camper was always stored for the winter, covered and kept clear of the snow.
Everything runs great with options of plugging in for all electricity needs. Also runs off of battery which can be rotated and charged with two always keeping it going.
Heat and refrigerator run off of propane. Water system runs fine (very clean tanks/always well kept).
There’s lots of sleeping-space for a 14-foot camper. There are bigger campers that have less.
It will sleep two adults and two kids (or even 3 adults). There’s a loft that folds up-down, depending on need. I always used it for luggage-bedding. It’s a great extra-space.
Tandem tires all in good condition with an extra spare tire on rear.
It will need: a sail switch for the heater, which is a twenty dollar part (thermostat for heat works fine), there is no awning but will fit one nicely, no a/c,
Very clean and comes with: two brand new rv antifreeze gallons, camper things like utensils, all original paperwork, rope, filled propane tank, new battery and spare (2), electricity converter plug (30 amp), dvd player longer works yet can be used for an excellent extra light (movie "Gremlins" stuck inside),
Only 2600lbs, making it easy to tow!
Lived in it all different seasons and not once did it leave me stuck because of something breaking on it, so it is ready to go camping or be a little house for someone. Perfect size. Sad to see it go, but know it will bring happiness to another. Downsizing to car so nothing to tow it with.
