Overall Condition
This trailer is in very good
original
condition!   It was garage kept most of its life and it shows.
Interior
The interior of the trailer is in great condition.  It is smoke, pet, and odor free.  The interior is mostly all original.
The original cabinetry is all in good condition.  The front wrap around sofa converts to a bed.  The original upholstery has holes on the bottom parts of the cushions. The bottoms only could be reupholstered.
All systems and appliances have been tested and are functioning properly.
The lights have been upgraded to LED.
The lp system and water systems are functional with no leaks.
It has a roof A/C, 4 vents with lights (new covers and leds), water heater, new electrical converter, original suburban furnace, original 4 burner stove, and original
Dometic 2 way fridge
.
Exterior
The exterior is in great condition as well!   The shell is free of any large or unsightly blemishes.
It comes with two large Aluminum lp tanks and it has a new lp regulator and hoses.
All segment seams, vents, windows, and lights will be resealed (00).
It has the original aluminum double folding step and BAL stabilizer jacks which are in good condition.   The original door handle is in excellent condition. It has new tires and new battery. The foggy double pane windows have all been reworked (00).

The trailer will be fully detailed/sanitized inside and out before pickup.
