    Description

    Time capsule 1977 31-foot Airstream Excella 500 Land Yacht. Appropriately named Top O’ Texas as this airstream was owned by Northern Texas congressman Warren Chisum of Amarillo. It was used for approximately 32 weeks total from 1977 and then was stored in his personal toy warehouse from 1992-2020. It is factory original from front to back. There are no soft spots in the floor. There are some common blemishes around the lower front exterior. Fans and electrical work. Has brand new converter, batteries and propane hot water tank. It has brand new tires and the bearings were replaced along with the brakes being repaired to original working order with new pads. No leaking on top and it has three awnings that are all in great shape. The electric jack works and it’s ready for travel with all recent upgrades.
